Heady and Classy
So I love Tipper and all his friends, and have found amazing artists that really inspire me.
I work at a fine dining restaurant and part of my uniform is cufflinks. At Orion 2, Datagrama had a booth set up so I was lucky enough to get a hat and pin. When I was looking at the pin I was struck with inspiration!
When I got home I immediately ordered 2 more hat pins, JBWeld and some blank cufflink backs. I used some pliers and decreasingly aggressive sand papers to prep the pin’s back surface, scuffed up the link backs and “welded” them together.
Now I’m serving people who have spent more money than I’ll ever earn with some fun and heady cufflinks. And I get compliments every now and again, it’s fun explaining what they are and mean to me if anyone delves deeper into where I got them from.
