Hi guys

my company has failed and closed shop. now vendors are piling up with collection letters etc.

is there such a thing as chapter 7 for business only? will my personal assists and credit report not be affected by this? some of mg loans were not personally guaranteed. i am only aware of chapter 7 for personal

please enlighten me.
