Doll body tips?

Hi~ I recently ordered the YMY body, trying out a Obitsu alternative. I’m no stranger to cutting off neck pegs, but I wanted to ask if anyone has successfully got this body onto their own type 3 or type 4 pullip? And if they can share how they did it?before I go ahead and cut it.

I’m having a harder time with my type 3s getting the smaller sized doll bodies to fit snugly without their heads falling off, since their neck hole seems to be bigger than type 4. Please help 🙏🥺

Getting back into pullip collecting

Hi~ I’ve been collecting pullips on and off for around 15 years. I took a long break from them through my college years and now that I have my big girl job… I wanna start spending my money on my collection again.
My biggest question is, what are we doing for doll bodies now?… searching through all the old sites I used to shop at, obitsu bodies are pretty much sold out everywhere, I’m really sad about obitsu’s being discontinued. Obitsu 27cm was always my favorite, as well a obitsu 26cm and I might even have a doll on a 24cm if I remember correctly. I could find only a few listings for obitsu’s on eBay, but they’re so expensive now.
So I’m wondering if anyone knows of any alternatives… different brand bodies in that range of 27-24cm that could work in place of an obitsu?
Any tips or insight is appreciated 🤗
