The work
Short-form talking head videos on TikTok (crossposted to Instagram and maybe YouTube Shorts). We provide the scripts and references, you bring the delivery, creativity and your own sauce. ~28 - 30 videos/month.

What we're looking for

• Lighting and locations that feel organic, native to the platform
• Good understanding of visual hooks, basic editing, holding attention (examples attached below)
• Good communication, posts on schedule
• US-based with a primarily US audience

Pay
$500/month base to start. Strong performers move up from there, and bonuses kick in after month one, so we're measuring against your actual numbers.

• Top creators are clearing $1500+ a month
• Opportunity to move onto a guaranteed monthly retainer once you're consistently performing

What you need:

• An iPhone, plus a second phone to film the demos
