Inconsistency in ritual for Cleansing of a Space?
Hoping for some clarity on a couple of inconsistencies in the ritual for cleansing a space. The text mentions pointing to the middle of the triangle while reciting the recitation of clearing:
> The triangle used is traced vertically in the air as it is working on a larger area. If you were working on a specific object, you would do it horizontally over the object. Stand in the centre of each room, and with the two first fingers of the right hand trace a triangle vertically in the air and then point through the centre of the triangle while reciting the recitation of clearing: “In the Names which are above every other Name, and in the power of the Almighty…” *(*point to the top of the triangle) “…and of the Mother…” (to the bottom right hand corner of the triangle) “…and of the Holy Spirits…” (bottom left hand of the triangle) Complete the triangle and then point in the middle of the triangle: “I exorcise all influences and seeds of evil from this room.”
But before the recitation of clearing itself, it says to sprinkle the consecrated mixture around the room as you recite. I think I must be misunderstanding what the recitation of clearing is- I understood it to be the text below, but is it really just the singular line "I exorcise all influences and seeds of evil from this room?"
> *Now begin to sprinkle the mix around the room as you recite. Sprinkle above, below and around the directions. * “I exorcise all demons, parasites, thought-forms, golems, ghosts, (etc)
