CNCPTS- Poor Experience
My experience may vary from others, but I ordered a pair of New Balance Abzorb 2010's in early May. After repeatedly messaging CNCPTS support wondering where they were (since they never shipped), today they inform me they actually don't have the shoes I ordered in stock after all (some 17 days after I paid them in full for the order). However, when they messaged me they were out of stock, their website shows the exact shoes aviable to order in the same size.
Not sure what's going on with them, but order with caution. They did eventually give me a full refund, but they encumbered the funds for two and half weeks on my credit card.
