I’ve got an old Betty Crocker cookbook and piles of index cards that only I can decipher… not exactly the best for the kiddo. (And my BC is vintage from a relative… so it’s a bit dated AND I’d like to keep the condition good to hand down to the kiddo one day).

America’s Test Kitchen Young Chefs cookbook has good reviews on Amazon. Are there any others I should consider?
