Is there a plugin that plays trailers based on the year and genre of the movie playing?
I know there are bunch of trailer plugins that can play remote files before a movie, but will any of them play a random trailer (or more!) based on the year and genre of the movie that follows?
Like, if I decide to play "The Breakfast Club", it's weird if a trailer for like "Dune 3" or something else modern precedes the movie but would make total sense if a trailer for Back to the Future or The Goonies played since they're also comedies from 1985. If you search youtube for "movie trailer [year] [genre]" there are plenty of results so I wouldn't think it's impossible but don't know whether a plugin is even able to check specific metadata of the file you choose to play and then use that in a query to youtube, but thought I'd ask as I think it would be a very cool function.
