Hello guys,
I am a noob please ELI5 but i have a NAS dell optiplex i5 7500, 16gb ram, 256ssd, 2x 2tb segate hdd in raid1 on ZIMAos. I have used zimaos remote connect and result is the same people say tailscale is better but for me its just as slow. I cant transfer files from my nas to say my iphone or macbook at anything higher than 1.5 MB/s so even a 1.5gig movie is sOOOOO slow. My optiplex is directly connected via ethernet into ethernet port behind my router. I have static IP set for Optiplex and thats all i know how to do. How can i make transfer speeds faster.
Please talk to me like im stupid if you ask me to check this or that please tell me how i dont know much i am an old man looking to learn
