Received 2g coin from Bhima through Ajio. Coin packaging was laminated cover, not like hardcover. I'm skeptical about quality and weight

I have purchased gold via ajio and the transaction amount was 30470 INR, on which I received only 1% cashback, ideally should have received 5% (cap 1500 INR). Refer unbilled attached screenshot

Dialled up customer care and raised ticket. MCC code for this transaction is 5262

Any reason?
