Bent lower control arm.

So I bent my lower control arm on the passenger side. It was a pretty big impact so I'm planning to replace the control arm on both sides, at least the passenger cv axle, the sway bar links, tie rod ends and of course the hardware.

Does anyone have any recommendations for where to source the parts or perhaps like a kit?

So I need to replace my alternator, I have the workshop manual and I would prefer to not remove or rotate the AC compressor if I can go in through the top.

I removed the tensioner pulley and have the intake manifold disconnected and moved slightly, it looks like if I remove the thermostat I should be able to disconnect the alternator cables from the back (it's already unbolted) and then slide it out.

Has anyone done this before, and if so y'all have any advice? Also how much coolant should I be expecting to dump? Is there anything I'm missing or need to pay special attention to?
