Threw up yesterday and it was chill
I've had emetophobia for as long as I can remember. I had a really rough travel day yesterday that involved me passing out, and I ended up throwing up for the first time in almost 10 years. And it was really chill. Obviously it wasn't pleasant, but it was easy and I immediately felt so much better. Throwing up didn't feel that monumental. I keep forgetting it happened.
I've made a lot of progress in my anxiety but had recently been worrying about how I'll handle the next time I throw up, since it hasn't happened in so long. Turns out it feels very normal.
