I also called to learn the following information:
PVO van, SVO syn
Eligibility passed (Although portal still shows in process)
Background check in process:

1. Info sharing in process
2. Criminality not started
3. Security check in process

I didn’t receive any new request for additional documents.

I would like to know if it is normal to hear from the agent that security check is in process. Agent said it is a normal step for everyone but I know there are comprehensive background checks for certain applicants.
