About the ciwg quota, my dad works abroad but I completed my 11th and 12th here in India so I've been wondering if I'm eligible to apply for the same

I keep seeing mixed news that you only need a parent working abroad or that you need an abroad working parent and complete ur studies outside India

I also heard it depends based on colleges so how's it like in nitc(any senior who went thru this pls help😭🙏Im literally so confused🙂)
