This is a modest plan for a hilly lot which has a limited buildable area. There is a remarkable view of mountains and lake to the south.

Preliminary plan. Open to suggestions.

This is at the concept stage of design for a modest house on a hilly lot with a limited buildable area and access. The idea is to exploit the southern mountain and lake view. One clarification, the foyer will be wood paneled and the office will have interior windows facing the foyer and the view.
