My 8 year old girl doesn't like to be wrong or corrected during school hours and is making me feel like I'm walking on eggshells when trying to work with her. There's no big freak out but she immediately pouts and draws sad faces or angry faces in her work. Her mood changes, she gets short with me in responses and gives me attitude. This has been going on for 2 years. We're not really moving past it and I don't know how to teach her to take the mistake and move on.

I try to be very aware of my tone, volume, and pressure of my words by keeping it calm and gentle.

I've been homeschooling for 6 years now.
