NuStep Part Replacement?

Hey all, I figured our profession is the best to ask regarding replacing parts of a NuStep. Our clinic has a TRS4000, which is no longer a model made by NuStep. The caster wheels under the seat are currently falling apart, which is causing the seat to be unstable, especially when turning side to side. Management obviously doesn't want to splurge on a newer model, so we're trying to find some way to replace the wheels.

The problem is, since the model isn't made anymore, the closest thing I can find to replacement parts is a set of 10 wheel rollers on eBay (~$350). These seem to be correct, but don't look exactly like the wheels that are currently on the machine. Of course, this is better than a new machine altogether if they do fit, but it's also still a hefty chunk of change, and I was wondering if anyone has this model at their clinic and/or has experience replacing the caster wheels between the seat and the main body of the machine. I'm clinical staff, not the director of our clinic, but management essentially told us that we're on our own to figure out how to make it more stable. Any assistance or advice would be welcome!

ETA: I did send an email to NuStep support to see if they had replacements available, but have the whole weekend before they can get back to me, so I just wanted to explore any other avenues if people had been successful with replacing them in the past.
