I want to get better again. How to do it.

I reached 1855 peak and was doing good pushing to 1900.

But suddenly I got dumb at chess and dropped to 1690 somehow I recover to 1770 but i can't improve from here. People say it's a phase and eventually we get our ratings back. But its been very tough for me and am losing all my confidence. Took break tried puzzles but i dont know what to do u can do puzzles but lose in games. It's been very rough for me.

What to do?
