freshman classes

im going to be a freshman in the fall majoring in kinesiology (movement science) on a premed or pre pa track. i am doing my academic consultation and scheduling tomorrow and im wondering what classes i should take to keep on track with the prerequisites i will need. im worried because everyone says getting the classes you need is really hard, especially as an incoming freshman. so my question is what should i know before choosing my classes and what classes are important for me to take now to keep on track? also, is kinesiology a good major for my goals? i picked it because i think i would enjoy it in general and i didn't wanna be like every other bio major premed/pa.
