I need some help here interpreting what Im seeing and if any of this is something worth negotiating for or walking away from. Most of our concerns come from the crawl space/termites. Is what is noted in the inspection report something thatd make you concerned enough to walk away from? Ive never had a crawl space before. We plan on getting some additional quotes/inspections, but wondering if its even worth it.
Maybe not the right group to post so it may be cross posted. But these power lines are next to the house? Are these ones we need to worry about as far as EMF or is that even a thing?
Kind of want to know what is considered a reasonable mortgage payment nowadays with interest rates higher. I know everybody’s situation is different. But seems like before most people I know had a payment less than $2k and now $2k is minimum it seems with ~20% or so down? We make $200k annually but $2k a month still feels like a lot idk why lol.
Looking at buying a house. I step outside and this is one side of the patio.. but the house or no? Code says they don’t need a railing b/c it’s 2” less than the max requirement to need one… but it unsettles me. Why not just build a deck why put a patio here ?
