October trip help.
Hi all. I'll be heading to NYC from Australia in the third week of October and have a couple of questions.
My trip is basically to see shows and thats about it.
So far I've booked Paranormal Activity (highly unlikely to come to Aus) and Wanted (always wanted to attend a first preview).
I guess my two main questions are -
Is it worth booking Two Strangers this far in advance? The weekly box office threads seem to indicate this one is on it's last legs. I guess this extends to Maybe Happy Ending too. I know no one has a crystal ball - but what are the vibes? Should I hold out and rush and stay flexible?
Oh Mary. The ticket prices are... daunting... with our exchange rate. The casting has been phenomenal and I'm thinking I should just buy now in case the October Mary is someone ridiculous like Molly Shannon or Lisa Kudrow ( I know it wont be but those are on my personal wish list)?
Should I be grabbing ANY ticket possible to Other Desert Cities or 860?
After NYC the plan is Iceland then home but am considering extending a day to see the first preview of The Fantasticks... sigh... too many options!
Anyhow - any help will be appreciated.
