Powerwall 3 won’t charge from grid no matter what?
Hi,
I had my Powerwall 3 installed mid August alongside 12 solar panels, the solar seems to be working fine and charges the battery with any excess solar after powering the house, however the Powerwall 3 just won’t seem to charge from the grid no matter what? This is despite it planning to and saying it will under the status grok AI thing, I’ve been querying why I’m missing some settings on the app others have Time Based Control being one I’m based in the UK any help would be amazing Tesla support changed me from self powered to savings today and said it will monitor my issue this weekend, my heads about to fall off as it seems as always nothing has changed. I did have another issue where my EV charger was emptying my Powerwall but that’s today been resolved by putting the EV charger (not Tesla) on another circuit which appears to have worked correctly going off the app tonight.
Any ideas?
