App notified me that an update was ready. I plugged in my spart live like I had for the first update I did a few months ago. Would not connect. Followed instructions to factory reset and now I have nothing. No power on, nothing working.

I do get a white LED light if I continuously hold the power and wireless buttons, but it does not stay lit up.

Anyone have a solution?

Does anyone have a nice sort of standard follow up e-mail for after interviews? A template or just the general points to make when doing so?I had a fantastic one last Thursday but haven't heard back and have through all my years at 42, actually never had to or tried to write one before.

I want to at least make the effort to say thanks and to hopefully stand out a bit in a positive way to maybe up my chances at a full time gig.
