Has anyone stayed active with sports / weight training throughout FS?

I had a shoulder injury leading to FS about a year ago. Despite multiple cortisone shots, relentless PT, and backing off aggressive activity, I’m still having a lot of pain and only somewhat limited mobility, which makes me think I’m stuck in the freezing stage for a year now.

The problem is I love being active and want to continue playing pickleball and lifting weights. I’m fine with modifying or doing less but no activity is just not feasible for my mental health.

Wondering if anyone kept doing sports and weight lifting throughout FS including the freezing / painful stage. On one hand it’s preserving my mobility and strength but on the other hand I’m wondering if it’s stalling my healing process. It’s a damned if you do, damned if you don’t situation!!

peak bay area driving (tesla really is the new bmw)

In case it's not obvious, these three Teslas blocked the intersection because they tried to turn left after their light had turned red and the cars ahead were already stuck. great job tesla drivers 👏👏👏👏👏 /s

edit: folks don’t seem to realize / care that this behavior is illegal. I don’t care if the light timing is bad or no one is actually blocked here. we all need to follow traffic laws for our own safety and because that’s how laws work!
