I think I have eczema on the inside of my elbows and my face. I just started using this good molecules face wash. I am used to my elbows looking like this so i put Africa's best oil on it and it looks shinier but the scarring is still there. Any tips?

Horses name was Jo! It was so fun. I may do this more often. Jo was 20 yrs old we didn't go very fast but it was a nice ride. 🐎 any tips on what to do if you are just starting a hobby of riding horses. I have been to a trail ride before and I do more of the trail ride stepping and dancing but I want to ride horses again. I just received another clacking fan in the mail for the dances too lol 🪭
