[15 YoE, Unemployed, Data Analyst / BI Analyst, United States]

Looking for honest feedback on my resume and why it may not be converting into more interviews.

Most of my background is in SQL, Tableau, reporting automation, and operational analytics. I spent 20+ years at one company before moving to a nonprofit healthcare organization, so I’m wondering if my resume reads “dated” or unclear compared to more modern analytics resumes. Industry itself is incidental, but the majority of my work has been in credit card/banking.

The resume format generally parses well in ATS platforms like Workday, but I’d like to improve how it performs in automated screening/filtering.

Targeting:
- Data Analyst
- BI / Reporting Analyst
- Process Management / Improvement

Main questions:

Does the resume feel too dense?
Are the accomplishments believable, or too metric-heavy?
Is the “Selected Achievements” section helping or hurting?
Does my experience come across as strategic/high-level enough for senior roles?
Am I presenting myself clearly, or does it feel unfocused?

I’m especially interested in feedback from recruiters, hiring managers, or people who regularly screen analyst resumes.

Thanks in advance for taking a look.
