Flock camera only pointed at methadone clinic

I know the view of methadone clinics isn't really popular... BUT with that being said this flock camera has no other view than people coming in and out of a building for methadone treatment. This camera literally could just identify all 'drug' users and label them.

Rap song from The Shield uncredited that sounds like 2pac but i dont think its him

Trying so hard to find this song it kinda sounds like 2pac but i don think it is although even the words he uses are the same as 2pac. anyone have any ideas?
