HELP needed for iFlash mod - Mac user
Hi everyone,
I recently upgraded my iPod 5.5G (originally 80GB) using an iFlash Quad, installing two microSD cards (a 512GB Samsung and a 32GB SanDisk).
Before diving in: I am on macOS only. (Unfortunately, iTunes via Parallels doesn't recognize the iPod, so Windows-based tools aren't an option for me).
When I restore the iPod natively on my Mac, everything works perfectly, and Finder shows the full 544GB capacity. Following the official guide, I managed to install Rockbox by flashing the original MBR and then formatting the iPod's storage to FAT32 using Disk Utility on macOS.
However, because of the original 80GB MBR profile, Rockbox currently only recognizes 77GB of space. I can see that over 400GB of the storage is left unallocated, but I can't seem to expand or merge it into the active Rockbox partition on macOS.
Is there a way to force Rockbox to utilize the full storage capacity without having to configure the iPod on a Windows machine?
Any help or terminal-based workarounds for macOS would be greatly appreciated!
