L3 is cursed…

Dear Supercell, please do something to favor good attackers in ranked. The last 3 weeks I went 3.0, 3.0, and 2.9. I’m not a rushed player. Even with these offenses I’m not even close to promoting to L2. I’m also using a meta base so idk what’s going on…
If anyone has a base that works for them and don’t mind sharing I’d be grateful!

I’m a fresh TH18 in E33. This week I had a 3.0 offense and I might still not promote because of my base not defending throwers. Does anyone have a proven base that works well against throwers even on no modifiers?

I used this at TH17 and it pushed me to E33, is there a TH18 version that works well in legends?
