As the title suggests, I’ve got one night out for dinner in Pasadena. Will be celebrating a birthday and looking to have a memorable experience. I’ve sort of narrowed down to Union, Henry Parsons Project and Checker Hall. Would lean toward something that’s more unique, young and in close proximity to a bar or brewery for drinks afterwards.
