Hi everyone!

I'm a doctor from Morocco moving to Augsburg in early November 2026 to attend a full-time medical German course (C1, Mon–Fri mornings) at BBZ Augsburg. After that I want to work as a doctor in Germany.

I'm looking for:

•	a furnished studio / 1-room flat, or a room in a quiet WG
•	from \~1 Nov 2026 (flexible, I'm travelling from abroad)
•	at least 6 months, longer is fine
•	up to €550 warm (all costs included)
•	ideally near the BBZ (Peter-Henlein-Str., 86199) or well connected by tram/bus

About me: non-smoker, no pets, quiet, tidy and reliable. I speak German (B2), French, Arabic and English.

I'm also happy to get tips (agencies, sublets, local groups). Please send me a DM

Thank you!
