I know everyone is all excited about the settlement agreement last week regarding the RIFs during the shutdown but what about the original case and the firings that happened in the rest of 2025?
Did anyone else get the email yesterday from Gilbert law firm on the MSPB appeal? I emailed back and asked that they continue to pursue. I am hoping any one who received the letter will do the same or if you’re just a HUD employee and want to support the probationary employees.
I am so afraid that since there are so few of us they will just drop it.
