Did I do the right thing? Should I be worried?

Hello!

This morning I had a trial lesson scheduled for the evening, but I had to cancel due to a scheduling conflict (I won't be able to offer that time slot anymore). I also had another trial scheduled for tomorrow morning, but I reached the max. amount of students I am able to follow without burning out.

So I contacted both students and wrote a nice message to both. The first student replied, the second didn't. Since neither was cancelling the classes, I wrote to support to ask how I should behave (especially since for the first one the trial was in less than 12 hours). AI responded saying I could cancel my account or hide it. I ended up blocking both students to have the lessons removed from my calendar.

Now I am freaking out about Preply randomly cancelling my tutor account. Could it happen? Could support contact me or could anything else happen? I'll hide my account to avoid something like this happening again, but right now I'm freaking out, especially after that AI message and would like some reassurance.

PS. Also, I received a message, after blocking the student, that they had cancelled the lesson...is that normal? Did they maybe contact support too?
