BSNES finally done!!!!

Hello all, I wanted to get some information regarding Clearance upgrade.

BLUF: Company I interviewed for and got a job offer, but am not skillbridging for is also offering a clearance upgrade. Now obviously I cannot be employed or work for said company until after I separate. However are they allowed to start the clearance upgrade process before?

Again this is NOT the organization I am skillbridging with.
