Im trying to wire up a new single phase motor for my feed conveyor, after the old one stopped working.

If im wiring it up for 220v, do I tie 8, 1 & line 1 together. Then 4 and line 2 would get tied together?

Or do I just tie 1 and line 1 together, and 4 and line 2 together?

Bonus question: The old motor would try to spin, but just rock back and forth. We replaced both the start and run capacitors. It would start normally for a few days, then started acting up again. Anyone know what the issue could be?

Looking around the map on the ambient phone app, and noticed my neighbor has different tiles for rain and wind. Does anyone know how he got these? I looked around and couldn't figure out how to get them. Are they part of ambient weather + subscription, or 3rd party?
