I align the pictures and it won’t let me in. Frustrating af!!

I am about to start a cycle of Sus-300 after being off for a few years. Last time when I started I was using Sus 270 and pinning every other day—first dose was .05 and then gradually more. What I can’t remember is should I increase my dose every pin or every week? Sorry if the question is stupid and I appreciate the help.
