This Swiss municipal area (Chesalles-Sur-Moudon) has the Persian Lion & Sun logo in its flag. The village became famous after a local published his Travelogue of Persia and India.

Let’s take a breadth of pride in this nonstop cycle of bad news and be proud of the ancestral prestige.

The full story is:

"The arms were officially adopted in 1927.
The arms show the divided shield of the bishopric of Lausanne (Switzerland), to which the village historically belonged. The unusual Persian lion refers to Daniel Moginié, a local villager, who traveled in the 18**th century to Persia and modern India and who wrote a book about his travels, The book made the village well known in the 18**th century."

This story is indicative of the power & prestige that Iran had abroad during the Pahlavi era. Even the Swiss admired iconic Persian symbolism.

We’re not here to help the MeK Cult rehabilitate their terrorist image on the back of Melli Revolution and true jaavid names. I, like most everyone here joined this sub specifically because it appeared to be pro National Revolution and against IRGC AND Mojahedin e Khalg (Mek) scum. Lately they seem to have infiltrated all over the comments and are now claiming to be “Freedom” lovers and not cultists. They are using the jaavid naams of the Enghelab e Melli to legitimize their long established past terrorist status. We’re not interested in their propaganda continuing to Trojan Horse other media to help them pass as patriots on this sub. Please clarify what this sub’s official stance is vis a vis MeK cultists. Thank you.
