Who else has tried Baijiu?
Finally got the chance to try Baijiu, and I honestly don’t know how to describe it.
The aroma hit me before the first sip, and the taste was unlike any spirit I’ve had before. It was strong, unique, and definitely an experience. I can see why it’s so popular in China, but I also understand why first-timers have such mixed reactions.
Disclaimer: Drink it neat, or prepare to be judged.
It is considered as SIN if you add mixer to your drink in china.
