Tight butthole could this be the problem?

I know its not directly vulvadynia, but the same area and can it be the cause?

My doctor have referred me to a specialist, I have neurological problems in my body, but have all my life had trouble pooping. My doctor think it might either trigger my vulvadynia or be the cause of the pain. So I just thought I would share, excited to see if this is the root of the problem in this area.

Treatment ?

So whats the treatment? Im not diagnosed, but its the closest my primary doctor has come to a diagnosis.

Neurology doctor, just say my nervous system is too sensitive. And no diagnosis, or plan for the future.

I am waiting to see my psychiatrist for ADHD meds, I get katamin lotion for my nerve pain after the injury that started it, and for my vulvar pain.

Have tried LDN, with okay results but it doesn't work with ADHD meds.

I train with a fysio, and get some massage and feet therapy (dont remember the English name)

Mine is mild, but its a fucking shit show and I don't function very well.

Ibuprofen trigger?

So I have been really good, almost pain free.

I took some ibuprofen for 2 days, for unrelated pain.

Had a big flare in pain, stopped ibuprofen yesterday and now I'm starting to get better.

Is it a coincidence? Or a weird side effect from medication?

Eight years in, and maybe it's fnd. Help

I don't have a diagnosis, but my doctor think it's a mild form of fnd.

I lose feelings on and off in my feet, and other areas on my lower body. It all started after a trauma to my right leg.

I have chronic pain, in my legs, feet, vulva, I'm dizzy, I fall sometimes, and my legs feel weird. Like its not really my legs. I get tremors sometimes, last time almost for a week non stop. It feels like I'm vibrating internally,. I'm soo tired. I can't handle heat. I properly forgot some symptoms. There are too many.

I can function as a "normal" person for a short day once in a while, but will need to rest for like a week. And will feel really bad. Only my husband know how bad it really is.

I know mine is mild, I should not complain. But I am afraid of the future, how bad will it get. Every time one thing get better, another thing appear.

Where do I go from now? It's not possible to get a diagnosis right now. I'm eight years in to this shit, and just now hearing about fnd.
