What's the typical Ace Elevation?

What's the typical Ace elevation seen with Sarcoidosis?

I got a blood test that had an Ace of 104 (Reference range stated 15-85). I've had terrible night back pain that gets so bad that I can't sleep, so the doctor ran a bunch of tests and this is the only one out of the norm. Recently, about 3 weeks ago my feet started feeling super painful, going cold, freezing cold. Now my left foot continually hurts too. I had a vascular surgeon look at it and he thinks it's small fiber neuropathy so I'm off to a neurologist next. I'm 40, have always been very healthy, don't have diabetes or any physical issues.

Any tips or insight on exploring things would be greatly appreciated.

Have any of you had night back pain and cold, stinging feet? Is it the Naproxen?

I injured my back 6 years ago, which only hurt in the day. Then 3.5 years ago I suddenly started waking up with pain at night occassionally. Then one day it was full blown pain every night without being able to sleep about 2.5 years ago. MRI was fine, did a lot of PT. The daytime pain went away but not the night pain. It got worse.

The night pain wakes me up all night starting around 2 AM. It gets worse and worse until it feels painful to take the last 1/3 of a breath. When I wake up it gradually gets better until I only feel stiff about an hour or longer after I wake up. But no pain.

Nothing helped-- PT, McGill Method, muscle relaxers, etc. Then my doctor prescribed Naproxen 1000mg and it went away after 5 days I was sleeping great. And my datyime stiffness lowered. Suddenly I felt more like myself and could sleep in any position.

However, last week my toes and feet feel ice cold and sting on and off for the last week. I went off the Naproxen in case that's causing it, but has anyone experienced this? If anyone has any advice, I'm open.
