Bluetooth sound crackle issue

Recently I decided to come back to using debian. Installed version 13.5 and so far not too bad but I've been having sound problems. It first started on steam where every single game that used proton no matter if I was connected to bluetooth headphones/speakers or if it was using my computer speakers the sound every once and then would start to crackle like crazy for around 1-2 seconds. Now that was a pretty easy fix by just adding this to launch properties `PULSE_LATENCY_MSEC=90 %command%`. Recently I started using my bluetooth headphones again but the sound crackles a bit every like 5 to 10 seconds. I searched but didn't really find any fix. I've seen people saying to change the codec in pavucontrol. I only have 2 available which are SBC and SBC-XQ and both have the exact same problem of sound crackling. So that there is no confusion the sound crackling that I have right now is only on bluetooth and doesn't happen if not using wireless speakers/headphones. And the crackling that I have right now is different from the one I had on steam as said earlier. On steam it didn't matter wherever I was using or not using wireless devices and the crackling was rarer but much more intense, now it's more often but really weak and happens on everything not just steam. Thanks in advance.
