Soaking Liver in Milk

Is it still keto friendly? I want to incorporate liver into my diet.

I’ve tried liver in the past and it was intolerable. I’ve read good things so willing to give it a go again.

I read that soaking liver in milk helps remove the metallic taste and smell.

Thoughts? Suggestions?

Any good keto friendly liver recipes?

Chicken liver or beef liver.

Want to tutor Maths - No formal experience

I don’t have a maths degree. I got A* in A-Level maths.

How can I start tutoring?

It’s been a few years now. I plan to study the A-Level material.

Any advice for how I can do this?

(Doing this because 1) I’m broke and 2) I like maths and 3) I like helping others).

1.6g Protein/kg - Low ketones

I’m doing keto for schizophrenia/mental health.

I am also working out at the gym and training martial arts. Trying to improve my life.

I want to be strong.

I am on a keto carnivore/ketovore diet most of the time. I do eat pickles and nuts too. I also eat a little bit of sauces e.g burger sauce, chilli sauce, garlic sauce or mayo. Small amounts only.

I think my protein is too high. Does anyone have experience on a high protein keto diet? Is it possible to still have high ketone levels?

What about strength gains with a lower protein amount?

I test ketones using a keto mojo blood meter.

How can I get higher ketones? (Higher ketones better for mental).

Which trade do I need?

Hi,

I bought a house two months ago.

Noticed yesterday that when it rains heavily, water drips down from the kitchen ceiling to the counter tops.

Seems like it’s coming from the extraction fan as well as behind a couple of drawers/units.

Who do I call for this? A builder? How do I properly diagnose this issue and the cause?

I imagine I’m royally screwed now. I’m house poor and in financial ruin.
