I have two rods and 15+ screws in my spine. AMA.
I (F) got surgery when I was 11yo. Now I'm 28 and I live my life with two metal rods and more than 15 screws attached to my spine. Some parts of my back are still completely numb, and they took out one of my ribs during the procedure. Ask me anything!
