Viibryd and heat intolerance
Does anyone else find their body's ability to regulate heat really out of whack while on Viibryd? This will be my fourth summer on the drug (today was our first 30+ degree day) and I am dreading the coming few months.
I'm not always sweaty, but as soon as my body starts to heat up a little bit, I just start to sweat. Drip, really. After going for a 1.5 hour walk today, my hair was so wet that I could squeeze the sweat out of my bun. I am chubby and out of shape, and that probably influences things a little bit, but the sweatiness level is just far beyond anyone around me doing the same activity. I reduced my dose from 40mg per day to 20mg per day last autumn and I was really hoping that would help me out this summer but it doesn't seem to have made much of a difference.
Does anyone else experience this? If so, what dose do you take? Is there anything you've found that helps with this side effect?
