What’s your thoughts about those who are teaching Engineering that don’t have any experience in their respective fields??

I have seen how different those who have experience in the fields and those with no experience about how they teach. Those with no experience, what they can contribute is only purely theoretical. For me, studying is boring without knowing what’s the use of the things they teach.
