I have just taken some cuttings of albizia julibr and gold rush redwood and a bald cypress what is the best way to keep them in soil or water in the sun or in a shaded area please any advice would be welcome.

I have just purchased this today in the sale I thought it might be good material to turn it into a bonsai but as you can see not much foliage on the bottom half if I chopped the tree real low would it grow back next year or would I kill the tree.

I bought this oak tree from eBay bear root in may as you can see I think it’s suffering from transplant shock what can I do to save it . I have put it in ordinary soil and it is getting plenty of sunlight.
