When I contacted guidance counselors from various schools none were any help they all said I would need my mother tax info stuff like that for me to get a scholarship or any help (Fasfa). I can’t afford my regular month to month bills while trying to pay for art school out of pocket … any advice ??

I am 20 years old I live at home (with my step-dad) my mother isn’t in the picture . She doesn’t really care about me or my education so she’s no help .
