Facepaint is also allowed, and you could do it fully, but i personally would like the eyes and mouth to still be functional if possible. Falulu from Pripara, I can't seem to get her right!!! (Reference images included.) Just a heads up, she's not human, she's a vocal doll (robot-esque!) Who eventually starts to look and sound more human. First image is her early on and second is her now, I used both for inspo, but i still need help, it looks off, imo :'3 (I also tried to make a pink variant on the last slide. 💔)
