I made a small Paralives mod called Ink Anywhere that lets you import PNG files as custom tattoos.

You can either drop PNGs into a "CustomTattoos" folder or add them live in-game with a "+" tile in the tattoo catalog. They work like normal tattoos, so you can move, scale, rotate, and flip them in-game.

It’s not 100% finished yet, but it’s working fine so far. Since it’s a BepInEx/script mod, I sadly couldn’t upload it to the Steam Workshop, so it’s available on Nexus instead.
