I recently passed the first interview stage and got invited to interview with the MSC Fleet Management Team. Just wondering what the final interview is like and what they usually focus on.

Also, if I pass this stage, does that usually mean I would be assigned to an MSC ship with Effy?

Also curious about:
• commission / sales expectations
• overall experience working for Effy
